Smash fear and focus

I finally had a chance to watch Tim Ferris’ How to feel like the Incredible Hulk video on TED – only because I am a huge Hulk fan – the old comic book that is, not the new movie! I loved, loved, loved the Incredible Hulk when I was a kid! Anyway… Fear is your ennemy and focus is your friend.
