I can’t believe I have not posted in a week! Pathetic. I am failing at a couple of things:
- getting up early
- exercising regularly.
On the getting up early strategy, I am going to refocus my efforts. I work so well when I am up early that I want to (need to) be able to be at my desk when most of Canada is still sleeping (5:45 AM would be ideal). So I am going to try again, this time with more focus. I am a big fan of Ken Norton from JotSpot and his lifehack post led me to How to become an early riser. I will keep you posted on my progress.
