The fun has just began…

Training_food1   Good run this morning. 1 hour in High Park. I even got organized and prepared my lunch/snacks for the next couple of days. I am 8 pounds lighter since I started the training and as Lisa (my coach) says, that’s less ass to haul to the finish line! I could not agree more. Now, this is where you come into play: if you are running, exercising, doing anything physical (moving all your books?): give me a call, email me and ask me to join you. I have quite a though training schedule as it is but I know that fun and variety is what is going to keep me entertained, focused and at the same time horribly committed. My good friend Julia has already started doing that and I ended up at an aquafit class at the Y. The aquafit class is actually part of my training but if it was not for Julia, I would have probably simply replaced it by a couple hours of peaceful swimming.
