Food on the go!

Just heard back from my trainer: we are going to go with adding the gels to the water directly so I will be drinking it as we go. I will try the following: fig newtons, nuts, peanut butter and honey, avocados (how?). I am also going back to running with sharkies. I need this food thing out of the way or long distance is going to be awfully painful.
Tomorrow’s run is a 1:30 hours run at 8/2 pace with one hour of gym time – tomorrow will be cruel. I also need to be at my desk by 5:30 AM.
