4 AM alarm clock and there is no getting out of bed. 6:30 AM and I am late already. 5 KM run to the office. Too small a run. The weekend run spoiled me a bit. Instead of the 20 KM run to Ikea I actually run on the lakeshore (water trail). The sun was shining. Runners were out with their dogs. The 20 KM felt like a stroll in the park. Look at the blue skies, the view… My running is improving. I don’t like the short runs, it feels like by the time you get started you are done already. Looking forward to this weekend as it is the Ontario Ultra Series Spring warm up. 38 KM warm up?
