Nothing like a 5km run to the office to start the day! I will be in my running gear non-stop for the next 5 weeks – that’s how much training I still need to complete for the Triple Tahoe. I am aiming for 10km daily and a long run this weekend (50km) since I failed this Saturday (that’s for another post: I was sick!).

This morning felt fantastic. I have recovered from my cold and the run to the office in the morning traffic was invigorating!
