Getting back to blogging

Running

I keep thinking that I will find the time to blog … every day… and it does not happen. My last post was over 3 weeks ago. This is pretty sad. My blogging is suffering, my reading is suffering, my running is suffering! I need to get back to my running. Running was the glue for me. When I run things fall into place. When I stop running, things just get totally messed up. Don’t ask me why. I don’t know. It seems that the more I run, the happier I am. The more I run the more energy I have to do all kinds of things. So I am going to go running right now, in the snow storm. 2 feet of snow, -5C and 50km winds, nothing better for a good run. Great way to restart my running!
